because a full fledged diploma =/= specialist diploma. If this
were the case, why people bother study 3 years for a full time
diploma when they can get an advanced diploma in under 9
months?
And in most cases, to get a specialist or advanced diploma, a
diploma is a requisite. I dunno about the states or the UK, but if
people can get away with that, ain't that the coolest thing?
